A confirmation request email and text messages are sent out 4 days before your appointment. Another email and text message is sent out confirming your appointment 24 hours before your massage therapy session time. Since all of our business is scheduled by appointment only, we ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice of cancellation. Anything less may be subject to a cancellation charge of 50% of the scheduled service.
All clients must understand that the services offered through The Body Works! is not a substitute for medical care and that any information provided is for educational purposes only and is not diagnostically prescriptive in nature. I agree to actively participate, as much as possible, in my own healing. I have disclosed all known medical and physical conditions and will keep my therapist updated. I understand all policies and will adhere to them.

We primarily accept CASH or CHECK and prices listed are for cash or check payments. We can accept credit cards, too. You may also pay online with a credit card for gift certificates.
All of us at The Body Works! are professionals and the therapists are SC licensed. We uphold our state’s and industry’s ethics and standards. We provide professional, therapeutic massage and bodywork and education to promote healing and optimum health for our clients. Any verbal or physical conduct of a sexual or aggressive nature is inappropriate during the massage; your massage practitioner will end the session if this becomes a concern. The Body Works! reserves the right to limit, suspend, or terminate services in cases of, but not limited to, inappropriate or unhealthy behavior as deemed by The Body Works! professional or staff person.
