Book this dynamic assisted stretch session to work out your joint and muscle kinks. Our techniques of assisted and dynamic stretching may provide you with increased range of motion, blood flow and body awareness. Whether you are a hard core athlete or a couch potato, this session is ideal for you. Our bodies are meant to move and let us help you do that. All sessions are completely clothed and you’ll be taught stretches that you can continue on your own time.
